Airclap now only collects two types of information:
User Crash Data: Automatically collected when the app crashes for error fixing.
Interaction Data: We collect limited interaction data to enhance user experience.
We do not collect sensitive personal information like names or addresses.
Use of Your Information:
We use the collected data for:
Analyzing and fixing application errors (User Crash Data).
Enhancing application functionality and user experience (Interaction Data).
Permissions and Data Usage:
- Location Permission: We request location permission solely to obtain the Wi-Fi network name. This helps users understand that they only need to connect to the same Wi-Fi network. Denying this permission will not affect your ability to use the application.
- Personal Information: When purchasing Airclap Pro, you may log in using your Google or Apple account to link Airclap Pro to that account. This allows you to access Airclap Pro on other devices using the same account. No personal information is used if you choose not to log in.
- Device Information: We used device information such as device name and brand. This helps other devices easily identify your device as the target for file transfers. This information is used solely to facilitate the app's core functionality.
Sharing and Disclosure:
We commit not to share or sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security:
We implement security measures to ensure your information is properly protected.
Children's Privacy:
Airclap is not intended for children under 5.
