Hi, I have a pro account created with my apple id. On an Android device, I am able to use the "Sign in with Apple" button but after signing in when I am redirected to the app, the app just stays on the Pro page instead of being signed in. I have tried reinstalling the app and even clearing cookies.

When transferring photos from Windows 10 to my Android device, the photos appear deleted on my Android device, and I updated the application to no avail.

In the free version, I can't find the saved video, so I save it manually instead of having it saved automatically. What's the problem? Will the video be saved automatically after purchase?

Dear support I have question before update lifetime account with airclap. For basic account file size has limited for transfer? I don't see info for basic account set limited size. Thank Richard

I've been debited twice for the same payment, on the 28th and the 27th of March for same amount after I purchased the license for the pro version of Airclap as shown in the shown capture. Please credit back my card as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have a Mac m1 air sequoia and when I try to send messages from my Mac to windows it says file is interrupted, I did run auto fix network issues but the problem is not solved. However, I could still send from Windows to my Mac

Great app, thank you! A percentage display would be great for the transmission - and possibly a remaining duration for larger transmissions. The current speed would also be great!
